why clubbing is fun
went for mambo on wed. tyz's last mambo before he flies to london for his studies. needless to say his stomach got pumped with vodka. wicked. and all Mike and i got to do...was sit at the bar and mix the drinks that caused his eventual downfall. HEH HEH HEH.
while i was at winebar, my dear twit sms-ed me from home to tell me he was gonna sleep cos he was really tired. and then he hugged me from behind.
that made me a very happy girl that night :):):)

...toot..toot....toooot.
there's nothing to blog about. my life is that boring now. and i'm not liking blogger cos the buttons to change my font size and colour have disappeared altogether, that's why my last few entries have big fat fonts and a funny green.
last couple of weeks was spent submitting P1, then presenting P1. few days of pure slacking (self reward!!!!), and we got started on our 'tropical workshop', aimed at producing tropical climate responsive products suitable for the singaporean context. my group came up with this:
cool huh? its called the tropical handrail, in an attempt to solve the problem of sweat covered, sticky, warm handrails on buses and trains. after this project i have a hard time holding onto handrails properly, cos i've been brought to the attention of how filthy they can be. yucks.
aside from my boring school life, my new phone is keeping me quite happy. i am impressed with the pictures it can take. they are so clear!!! i don't think i have anything much else to say, so i'll just end the post with a picture taken by my phone.

dreaming in reality
i get so little sleep nowadays. when i do it feels like a state between the living and the dead. when i dream, it feels so real. when i am awake, things sometimes feel surreal. sometimes, i can't tell what is real and what was dreamt.
have i seen you in my dreams?
did you really say that?
it's almost as if i'm living in my own world in between 2 worlds. it feels so weird sometimes.

it's been awhile since you've been like that.
we know you are trying, but things don't seem to change.
it makes me sad that the person who loves you the most is having a very hard time as well.
sometimes the old saying 'give and take' makes perfect sense.
but in your imperfect world you cannot see that.
i don't really know what to do cos nothing seems to be of interest to you.
i come home and see you sitting alone, doing nothing.
so i ask, 'what are you thinking about?'
