gong hei fatt choy :)
it's cny now. somehow every year it gets less and less special, but it's a good excuse for gatherings and some fun. i kept telling myself that i will work on my design during this one week holiday, but as it is i still haven't touched it cos every single day of the holiday i had something on. BLEHHHHH. shit. the dodo bird is gonna kill me and burst into flames.
and of cos how can i leave out my darling.

HOLLLAAAA!!!
i can't get down to working on my design. every semester feels worse. its week 5. and i am still on bubble diagrams. WTF!!! i'm so gonna be screwed. it's halfway through the project already!! if i don't get past RIBA, i won't get to go to year 4. and i won't get to go on my exchange program.
not good!
location of my exchange is at the Uni of Newcastle in UK. it's my second choice..feel abit apprehensive about it though. somehow now i think that my third choice might have been better cos it's in a more central location... and heard the school is not bad..
oh well whatever. i'll just go have fun and travel around. getting a spot in europe's good enough. gotta struggle through this semester first.

1st up, a gathering with the girls before Xin goes off to Lund Uni, right after Sheng comes back from there! boo. we're missing pple every semester. next sem will be me and shana, who is going for a whole year. 
And then it's miss Shana's 21st! her 'green and glam' party had us looking pretty mossy eh? the last picture has what we call her 'adam's family' portrait as the background. haaha!! muimui...stop acting sexy la. 
We brought Olivia's friend Ben out for dinner. She knew him from her exchange in Texas and now he's on exchange in NUS. he can speak some chinese, how cool is that? we went to crystal jade's xiao long bao restaurant in Holland V and Ben absolutely enjoyed the food, which is great! then we brought him to Wala's, where the Unexpected was playing that night. 
A night in Zouk with Mike n the guys and the girls of the guys. we got pretty high on wine. luckily there wasn't hard liqour cos i'm almost certain i would have puked if i had any. i am lousy at drinking boohoooo.
Portfolio review and i finally got down to taking pictures of my last project. it's...dust covered. i feel so sad when i have to throw out my models cos i have no more space to keep them. i've thrown out everything but this one. there's one more with the school. hope they have been treating it good cos that's my favourite model! when i think of the many tens of hours spent making the model just for that 10 mins of presentation...i wonder why i chose architecture...but at the same time i don't think i will be enjoying myself this much if i were in any other faculty. i can't imagine myself in a lab coat, or in a business suit, or ploughing through textbooks.
Chinese New Year light up! 27th Jan at Chinatown. Did YOU see me?? hahaa. i did it for the money, but it turned out to be pretty fun. i felt like a red carpet celebrity, although in reality i was standing on a float with a mini pagoda with green carpet. thousands of people took my picture. just like a media darling. i experimented by posing and smiling when my other 2 fellow maidens weren't and everyone's camera would swerve to my direction. cheap thrill. i got another lobang to do the same thing this wed. whoohoo more money for fun heh.
outing to Villa Bali! fantastic company and food and wine. and outrageous topics!! 'do guys have multiple orgasms? does it mean they come once and shoot 5 times?!' HAHAHAHAH. plus more. it was hilarious. the last pic is not of the outing. i took it from nurul's friendster i think...it was one year ago at the sde bash. i don't remember taking it though, we were all high. :D

ok done! listening to Christina Aguilera's album now..it's nice! and i can't wait for my exchange next sem. eurotrip 2007!! oh yeah koped something from Mon's blog which i thought was pretty interesting, hope you don't mind babe. haha.

Those in light pink, which is most of her list, i agree heartily with Mon. see? we aren't best friends for nothing! :) the ones left in turquiose i'm more neutral. babe, i'll come up with my list soon and you can do the same thing back hehee.
